Ms. Martina Elizabeth Nikoi is an Assistant Research Scientist and the Head of the Section for Information and Communication at, the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research-Forestry Research Institute of Ghana (CSIR-FORIG). She holds a Master of Arts (Information Studies) from the University of Ghana.

Her research focuses on Information Science, Information Studies, Information Literacy, Librarianship/ Library Management, and Collection Development. She serves as the Librarian of the Institute, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer, and also serves on the Editorial Board of the Ghana Journal of Forestry and various committees within the CSIR-FORIG. She is a member of the Research Staff Association of CSIR, Ghana Library Association (GLA), International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA).
